Scans appeared showing the pirates' bounties as they rose throughout the series, and I compared the initial and final reward and uh ...

Thrice the initial amount? Hey, that's not bad for half a year of pirating on a single planet. Besides, Z1 is worth ¥360 (thereabouts).

And the former princess manages an impressive eight times her initial bounty! It was higher than Luka's to begin with only because of her title; Luka being an actual thief and all.

Sixteen times? Geez, Joe. That's a lot of money for a deserter. And while his is unquestionably the second-highest ranked of all (and the highest individual monetary bounty given to any pirate) .... it's not the most impressive jump.

Since Luka's bounty skyrockets up by a factor of three hundred. That. Is saying something.

But then there's Don and a whopping three thousand multiplication of his original bounty. I. This kid. And you know what beats that, right?

Right. Infinity.
